Terms and Conditions

Psychology sessions last 55 minutes. At the start of working together weekly attendance is important for therapy to progress.

Medical and Aesthetics appointments will vary in length of time and will be advised upon booking.

Payment for all appointments is made at the end of each session (or invoiced monthly if agreed). Payment should be made by cash or Bank transfer. Payment by credit/debit card in not available. We ask that you attend your appointment with funds for payment. Ongoing appointments can not be kept open for your in the absence of payment.

Missed and cancelled sessions without 24 hours advance notice are payable in full. Whilst we absolutely understand that there may be circumstances that are unforeseeable, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least two working days notice of a cancellation or request to change an appointment date or time. This is important so that we can reallocate that appointment to someone else.

Please be aware that Maromika are not able to provide a crisis service or provide 24hr support. Emails and telephone calls and messages will only be checked and responded to within our hours of business. These will be communicated to you at your consultation and can be found on our website and social media pages. Should you find yourself in need of support outside of your scheduled appointment or out of hours, please make contact with your Local Accident and Emergency Service, or your NHS Out of Hours GP service.

In accepting our term & conditions, you permanently agree to release and indemnify Maronika from all law suits, claims and actions originating from Psychological, Medical or Aesthetics treatment, consultation, supervision or training provided by or on behalf of Maromika.
